hi i am a 22 yr old MALE and i have this embarassing problem so please help me

i have normal chest but my nipple's surrounding(what ever it is called ) area comes out or swells when the weather is hot and when i take a bath or feel cold then it shrinks and becomes normal
i asked in some forums and they said that it was normal and some said that it was a mild case og "gyno".so please tell me what it is and what is the cure ,can it
be corrected with exercise if so then please tell me what exercises will help
please do help me i am very disturbed coz some guys on some forums said that its only cure would be surgery if u dont get the point of my email i will send pictures please do reply

It most likely is a case of gyno....but not a serious one. Unless you currently on gear, surgery will be necessary.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news....but this is just an opinion. Check it out with a Doc. Good luck!

There are thin muscles just under the areola / nipple tissues that tend to flatten when stimulated. When warm or relaxed, gland and fat distortions become more exposed. There are many other examples of men with breasts before surgery and their chests after surgery.
