Breast, leg or Thigh

I find myself getting tired of eating so called white meat i.e breast meat and really love the taste of thigh and leg ..( I am of course talking about chicken)

Can anyone point out what the fundamental flaws are in eating dark meat over white..I realise there is more fat in dark meat but exactly how much and is it that significant?

I am cutting and am happy with the progress so far and so if the difference is miniscule I'd rather sacrifice the difference for taste since I am dang tired of eating white meat allday


Secondly how do peopple feel about the skin, I realise you should remove it when eating but surely as a source of fat it can help in a CKD diet by providing the necessary 30% fat content??

If you're cutting why don't you eat fish ?

Well if you want help with this part, spices can help. Pepper, paprika, rosemary, basil etc
 
The skin is high in fat. If you're talking about fried chicken, then it's usually breaded in which case you should avoid the skin. Otherwise, go crazy.
