Hey, ladies. Bunny has asked me to make a thread documenting my road to breast enhancement. I am more than happy to share my experience, and it turns out we won't have to wait very long to see the results.
Dr. Borsand has a cancellation tomorrow, so I'll be filling the spot, and he'll be filling my chest up. lolol
I went for My consultation yesterday and saw Dr. Leon at the www.bodynew.com clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. I'd found out about the clinic through a FOX News. They did a special on Dr. Borsand a few years back because he specializes in the "24 hour recovery". He uses a laser/cauterizing tool to make the incision. By doing this, there is no bleeding, which means there will be no bruising and minimal pain.

My consultation went well yesterday. After getting weighed, a very nice looking woman with big boobs led me into a room and asked some basic questions - Did I breast feed my baby? Do I smoke or Drink? What suppliments am I taking?
She then made me stand toopless in front of a blue background so they could take my pictuer - front and side. I asked that they please not use those pictures for my drivers license.
She then asked what bra size I was currently wearing. (34 A). She measured me just to be sure (34.5) and pulled a cart over and brought out a size 34C bra and some silicone implants to stick in the front. I'd brought my boyfriend with me. (he's more of a life partner - so I felt it was important that he be there - and he wanted to be.) they gave me a snug fitting balck t-shirt to put on over the bra so we could gauge the size correctly. The first we tried were 400's. They looked a little funny, and I asked for one size up - 420's. They looked nice - not too big - and I chose that for my initial size.
She asked me if I was considering over or under the muscle, and where I wanted my incision. I told her I was considering over the muscle because my pecs are bigger and I was concerned about the implants being distorted. I also told her I wanted the incision at the nipple. She wrote everything down, answered some more of my questions and was very nice. I asked her if I could wear the bra and implants home - she told me everyone asks that.
I reluctantly gave the fake stuff back and put on a paper shirt to wait for the doctor. It was a short wait - Dr. Leon came in after about 10 minutes. He examined my breasts for anything suspicious, and told me that he was concerned about my choices. He thought I should go under the muscle, because I have little to no breast tissue due to lower body fat. He felt that they would not look natural if I went over. He also suggested getting the incision under the breast, because it was a natural path to where the placement would be and there would be less chance of tearing anything. He also told me I would probably be more sore than most oafter the surgery, because my pecs were bigger than most women that come in there. It figures.
His last suggestion was that I go bigger (you ladies told me this, too!). He felt that with my size, I could easily carry a 480 and still remain in the large C size. After some discussion, I agreed. He finished up by telling me all the complications that could arise - displacement, deflation, loss of sensitivity in nipples, etc. I signed a paper stating that I had been informed of these complications, and that Dr. Leon had gone over everything with me that I needed to know.
We were left alone in the examination room so we could discuss tings. Jeff and I both liked Dr. Leon, but I had really come to this clinic because of Dr. Borsand - so we asked that we get a second consultation today with him, and also found out that he had an opening for surgery on Aug 11. I took the surgeyr date and will be going back this morning at 10 am to see Dr Borsand. I will update this thread after the consultation to let you know his opinion of my choices vs. Dr. Leon's.
I booked a room in Scottsdale at the Marriot - Bell Road/Scottsdale Rd. (PF Changs is on the opposite corner.
). We're going to check in tonight and stay through the weekend. It will be much more comfortable that driving the 1 1/2 hours back to the job site. I don't feel like recovering on a fuel station job site. (For those of you who don't know - Jeff and I run an excavation company and we're currently on site west of Phoenix building a truck stop. The $$$ is excellent, but the living conditions leave a lot to be desired.)
Here is a link to my original thread in chat - there was much debate over what people thought my size should be. Also - a poll on my boob size. lolol. I told them that if they paid for them, they might get to choose the size...

In the meantime - here are some before pics of me I just took. No bra - you can see I'm pretty small right now. We're leaving in about an hour and I'm taking my computer with me - so I'll update you ladies at the hotel tonight.
