Jacking her thread just a bit - I am 2.5 weeks post-op and would like to know how she's going a month out.

For me-

LOOKS: Love it love it love it. The twins stay put - the same without a bra as with one. No more swelling PLUS proper nippleage alignment - very symmetrical.

TRAINING: Not too happy with anything too bouncy - I think doubling up on the sports bra should help. Lifting anything more than 20 pounds feels like I am straining too much, but otherwise I have great range of motion and am working with light weights. I go back to the doctor on the 22nd for 'clearance' to resume my normal training.

SLEEPING: Sucks. Pre-op, I was a stomach sleeper and I am slowly getting used to sleeping on my back and side.

WORK: I'm out of the baggy shirt phase and I'm trying not to hate the haters. Gossip sucks too!

Sassy - Sleeping - Heck yeah!! I am still adjusting about three weeks post-op. I was most worried about symmetry though. I did a lift on the left breast (which had more tissue/was bigger but was also um... saggier?). The right side was implant only. Interesting enough - they did the lift and moved the nipple on the left side - I thought this would be the size with OUT feeling but it is HYPER sensitive. The right side is still somewhat numb.

Boobs have settled and they look like boobs. I have somer serious sensitivity in the right nipple, not as much in the left, but definitely more than I had pre-boobs. I was scared it would be the other way around.

Scars look good. Healing nicely and they itch a little. I can sleep without a bra now and I sometimes do, but it feels good to wear one. The 36D's I bought are a tad big. I don't know if it's the number or the cup size. I need to go try some more on, but don't know when I'll have the time. Hopefully this weekend.

I'm very satisfied with the results. They're definitely bigger, but I don't think they're too big. Most of my clothing still fits.

working out has been no problem now for a couple of weeks. I took it easy, but had a full, heavy workout last week. No soreness in my chest muscles. Remember, I went sub-facia (over the muscle but under the facia), so not as sore as WW who went under....




Hey WW - glad to see you're doing well. I'm still a little uncomfortable with my girls when I'm on my stomach, but it doesn't hurt. It's just weird pressure that I'm not used to. Keep us updated. We should turn this into an on going boob surgery thread.

Hey girl, sounds like you are doing great!! Thank you so much for the info.

I feel pretty 'normal' other than sleeping. Physically, I just forget that I shouldn't be doing things like putting the 5 gallon container onto the water cooler or picking up my five year old sister.

I love that I am better proportioned - Like the T matches the A now!! And send the 36Ds my way, lol....

those 36D's are now 34/36C's. I just bought new bras. My VS 36D's are a little big now, but comfortable.

SO - After 6 weeks, they've settled to the size I wanted. I'm happy.
