Breakfest Time Preferance...

Was curious of who all out here preferd what for breakfest.

If you are like me you eat simply for the main purpose of eating and that's for nutrition and fuel, not for taste or self indulgence.

For breakfest to quickly fule your musscles back up what do most of you eat, I know I keep like 10 cans of tuna at my desk in the mornings just for a quick protein fix after a long night sleep of nothing.

Oat Meal?
Steak?
Eggs?
Tuna?
Shake?
???

Sometimes I will mix up some oatmeal with eggs and a shake mix and make it into a pancake.

what you all think?
 
depends on what im doing that morning/ day.

- Weight gain shake then a pb and honey sandwich 30 min later or oats.
- 2 whole eggs and 3 whites and buckwheat pancakes or oats
- steak or chicken does the trick to

BREAKFAST is my favorite meal. I love steak,,eggs,,hasbrowns (off season)
