Is it alright to stack up on breakfast ie. half cup of oatmeal banana 3 eggwhites and piece of toast, does that sound like much? or sometimes i have musclemilk oatmeal and banana
 
probably need more food, but how old are you, weight, age etc, active or not? sports, lifting? cardio? there are many determining factors on what your food intake should be
 
my new favorite Breakfast has been Protien and Fat based

1.5 chicken Breasts, 2 Sausages, and 7 egg white with 2 yolks

I save the carbs for the meal before lifting, and post workout

lowered fat beef Sausage
still has a good dose of fat, but not insane amounts like typical Sausages
