I was running late today (actually I was running late to be as early as I wanted) so I had protein in water, then 2 poptarts & a Pepsi in the office.
Lunch will be canned chicken (65g protein) and microwave brown rice with a diet Snapple.
Cheerios, the true breakfast of champions(don't know why I am eating it), with milk from work. Yep left the house before I could eat so I took it with me to work.
