Anybody have anything good today??

Inspired by Crak, I made a chicken omelette with veggies & 1 tblsp cheese with a piece of toast. It was AWESOME!!

Now onto lunch........
 
currently consuming a breakfast burrito consisting of hash brown, ham, sausage, cheese and eggs. Gotta watch that girlish figure you know.
 
Breakfast: raisin and spice oatmeal
Lunch: Grilled chicken salad
Dinner: Liquid...going to Greenwich, Connecticut for Alive at 5.
 
I had the usual for breakfast - whole wheat bagel, egg, cheese and Canadian bacon. Makes an great sammich

Lunch - leftover spegehetti
 
homemade Jerky :p
 
I was running late today (actually I was running late to be as early as I wanted) so I had protein in water, then 2 poptarts & a Pepsi in the office.
Lunch will be canned chicken (65g protein) and microwave brown rice with a diet Snapple.

breakfast 1: 5am 12 ounces 2% with 1 scoop designer protein and 1/2 cup flax meal

breakfast 2: 7:30am 2 chicken thigs with most skin taken off and 1 cup raw oats

breakfast 3: 10:30 am 1 apple and 1 pack tuna and probably a little more oats

protein shake + 1% milk, 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, 2 fish oil caps.

still can't believe fast food chains haven't caught on to this delicious and nutritious breakfast combo
 
Cheerios, the true breakfast of champions(don't know why I am eating it), with milk from work. Yep left the house before I could eat so I took it with me to work.
