Breakfast Shake

This feels you up pretty well and I usually take it in the morning.

16 oz of 1% Milk
1/2 Bananna
2 tbsp. of flaxseed oil
1/2 cup of oats
2 scoops of protein(I use muscle milk strawberry bananna and it tastes pretty good.)

i would just be little concerned about the amount of carbs and fats taken togetther
muscle milk contains a good amount of sugar and fats
i would recomend another protein something like cytosports evo pro ,its a mix of different protiens without all the fats and sugar
just athought bro ,this shake would not be a problem for someone looking to bulk up in my opinion

I agree with you 100%. Right now I am trying to add a little more weight. But when I start to cut I would def. change the protein.
 
thats my morning shake exactly but I dont add the banana, use ground flax seed instead of oil and use tp protein instead of mm
 
When you guy say oats, do you mean porridge oats? and blended into the shake, does that even work? If I can figure this out I might start having supreme gains!

Apart from that, and the flaxseed, that is pretty much my breakfast/preworkout shake, I only use bland protein though, and a whole banana. great stuff right there.

I use just plain old quaker oats.
 
i just posted this on another thread......

someone on here posted this a while back and it has now become my breakfast that i look forward to every morning...this is my modified version....

2 cups skim milk
1 cup oats (blended to powder)
1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 banana
dash of cinamon

blend together = better than some sex
