I get the flax bread in the organic food section of my grocery store..

And low carb tortilla's I either order them online, or my grocery store (Fortino's, Loblaws) carry the Oroweat Brand (Atkins) 10 carbs each, and they taste better than LaTortilla's to me.

You must live in a forward-type area.....my grocery store just recently got the La Tortilla Factory brand....maybe in 5 years we'll get another brand...LOL

I'm 20 minutes from Toronto, but actually I can't get LaTortilla in the grocery store.. just this other brand, Oroweat. I used to order LaTortilla online, but now that I prefer this other kind, I don't bother with it.

GNC is starting to carry some low carb wraps as well (different brands) might want to check it out.

I toast up a pice of flax and a piece of low carb wheat.....either egg whites or tuna pack...some onions, hot sauce and tomotoes...but the damn thing always falls apart!

I don't really like bread so I don't eat it, although there is a local restaurant that serves freshly baked Pumpernickel with their salads that is AMAZING.
