Okay can't figure out which bread is the healthiest... theres white bread, whole wheat, and rye... seems white has the least carbs, rye the most, and whole wheat right in the middle... and it tastes the best, which bread do you guys prefer/think is the healthiest to eat.

regarding 'health', stay away from 'enriched' or 'bleached' ingredients- whole grains are better, often you can tell by it's weght- 7 grain bread is heavy
but as DDClay said, NONE on Keto
 
Apperently the glycemic index (is that what its called?) is based upon white bread which has a value of 100 and is the higest so white == bad. Even though I eat white bread from time to time some things just dont seem to taste good on brown... i.e. a nice bacon and egg sanga aint gonna taste too nice to me on brown so the white gets the go ahead... anything salady goes on the brown... can eat brown toasted either so white gets the go ahead!

White bread is the enemy

I eat alot of Wholegrain/multigrain and its worked very well for me (thats brown bread NOT white)

Basically, the harder the bread is to eat the better it is (I am talking about texture here, not width)
