the rest of the day went as follows;
m2; brown rice w tuna and tomatoes
m3; oats and whey
m4; 1/4c pasta and 1 slice smoked salmon, 1/4 small fat free muffin
m5; 1/2 slice white bread, 1/2 small potato, mixed veg and small serve poached salmon
all with 100mg r-ala.
