bread for carb up?

is it ok to have white bread for carb up?

i had 2 slices white bread w 1/2 slice yellow cheese, 1 cup corn cereal w FF milk and whey, and 1 small waffle biscut. This sound ok?
 
IMO bread is fine on your carb up day. If I were you I would be timing my high/low GI carb intake so that I had optimum glycogen storage for my workout. That aside, as long as you aren't going over your 500 or so carbs allocated on your carbup day... bread is fine.

white bread is fine....make sure you try to keep the fats as low as possible.

the rest of the day went as follows;

m2; brown rice w tuna and tomatoes

m3; oats and whey

m4; 1/4c pasta and 1 slice smoked salmon, 1/4 small fat free muffin

m5; 1/2 slice white bread, 1/2 small potato, mixed veg and small serve poached salmon

all with 100mg r-ala.

anything i should mix up or add?

where are EFAs ?
you need good fats (fish or flax seed oil, olive oil,...)
