you could........no, it's just that these two foods get tossed around as evil and fabulous more than anything else....just wondering if anyone eats either of them daily and what kind of results you are getting.....fat? Ripped? Energy? etc.......
I eat one sandwich every day, that's all the bread I eat for the most part. Sometimes if I'm eating some good Italian food I'll eat bread with it out of habit.
Whole wheat or grain bread if I'm not trying to loose weight. Prtein bars when I need a fix and don't have real food. I lost 25 lbs last Summer by just cutting out bread! Had problems gaining it back without lots of Wheat pasta and bread.
wow, people really need to inform themselves better. Bread is not the enemy. It is the posterboy for all carbs. But bread isnt the worst carb, Many people refuse to eat bread yet eat potatos all day long as a source of carbs, thinking that it is better for them when it is deffinatly as bad or even worse. Will people start looking into GI for once!
WOw...so most of us wont touch any breads, pastas or bars.....how the hell do you manage to put on lean mass??????? I've become convinced bread, yams and whole grain pastas are KEY!!!! Bars, well, I'm still undecided.......
