Brass Knuckles? powerfull?

How dangerous are brass knuckles in the hands of even a skinny dude? or even a bigger stronger person. Are they a really lethal and if someone untrained and weak were to use them could they still do some serious damage. And is there any possibility for death?

Alot of factors would come into play, I would guess. Each situation would be different I would assume. First of all, even if someone did have brass knuckles on, they would have to actually land the punch for it to work. And it would have to hit a good target. The knuckles may slow down the swing a bit, and an experienced fighter may counter it and put the knuckle-wearer away. I'm sure more opinions will come in on this

if it connects it wont take much to split ya wide open, but the person throwing the punch has to land it like said above and most untrained people have no idea how to throw a proper punch

If you get hit hard enough for sure there is a high risk of death.In the right hands they are lethal.I seen a bloke get his sinus and half his face caved in.But if you cant scrap be careful somebody dosent get pissed off and take em of you and shove em up your ass.

You're asking if they're deadly? Go have someone strike you with a pipe. I'm sure the effect would be somewhat equivalent to that. If you fight someone with brass knuckles, you may as well be fighting a robot when that punch hits.

As for fighting fair, that sort've honor is gone in this day and age. I agree that a real fight should be fair, otherwise you can't really determine who the better contender is. However, since that scenario isn't likely, you've got to prepare for anything.
