brand new cycle

Hey Ive got 4 - 5 ml bottles of testonon 250 and 2 - 10ml bottles of boldenon 200, I am around 6'2" and 215 lbs, anybody have any suggestions about a good cycle for me and what kind of weight should I expect to gain with a good diet?
