Brad Pitt Fight Club Debate, Opinions?!

Ok ok i hear this a lot, Brad Pitt was in just "very good shape" during his role in the movie. Now as someone with almost the same size body as him (im 6'3) i would like to know exactly what people's opinions are for how to critique such a body.

I mean honestly, i have been told i don't know enough about steroids, my trainer did most of cycle planning for me, and it did help a little but i think naturally i had lots of growing left.

**NOW** my questions are these. What kind of diet would one recommend to obtain the rock hard chisled physique he has? What kind of supplements if any are reliable ones to help kick start things creatine? solo-anavar cycle? solo-winstrol cycle? protein and how much?

What kind of training program is recommended for optimum results. 4-5 days a week concentrating on major muscle groups, abs 3-4 times a week? Or what do YOU recommened?

I just am sick of making goals, and wasting money on AS when i know i can grow naturally (unless i can kickstart things a bit with anavar or winstrol i will) my goals are to have quite like the physique Brad Pitt has and i would be in great debt to any thorough advice one could offer....my stats
6'3 185pounds 25years old....8%Bf

Wow. Im glad you've set such high goals for yourself :rolleyes: . Seriously though. You're not that far from him. Pitt's probably around 6' 185lbs. Just add another 10-15lbs and you'll be there.

Anyway if you can be patient and help me out (when you got time) id love to find out some things.

I was told to just grow naturally for a while, i was thinking of maybe just doing a ANAVAR or WINNY only cycle to just kick start that a little what do you think? (if so the doses you'd recommend) I also would like to know how you'd recommend training and dieting to achieving +10 to +15pounds and maybe a little lower body fat on my frame....any help is APPRECIATED!!!
 
honestly ive seen the dude in vegas, i say he doesn't break 165, maybe in troy he was 180. i'm a lean guy and he is fucking skinny. if anything you want to add muscle without putting on any weight, being that you are about 3 inches taller than him 185 is about right, maybe 190. you dont even need aas to achieve it just good cardio and hard training, but if you are set on using i would use tbol or anavar, probably var for you cause you want to add muscle without a lot of weight gain

Yeah, I was being generous with the 185. I wouldnt be surprised if he was barely pushing 170.

You know, i have read your posts and always notice you just cause of Roy Jones in your Display, thanks for replying bro!!

would you have some time maybe to give me some good dieting/training details??

As well as how much and for how long would you run a VAR cycle for maximum results (i do have 40ml's of Winny too if that helps?!)
 
There's nothing special about training. Just keep doing what you've been doing and increase calories.

well bro is it winny 100 or winny 50/ml,? personally winstrol fucks up my joints though i love the results and strength, so i won't touch that without deca added in. assuming its winny 100 you have enough for 40 days so a little over 5 weeks. thats fine. i would do 50mg ed of it, and just drink it no reason to shoot it. if you want to add some var i would just run them both at 50mg ed or the var at 40mg ed no less than 50mg for the winstrol. ideally i would want to run it for 8 weeks if i were you. make sure you get some tylers if you are going to run two 17aa orals at once. but at those doses its no different that running 100mg of var ed which is fine imo.
 
I apoligize up front but DAMN... if you think you have to juice to look like Brad Pitt than you are in the entirely wrong forum.. You don't need sauce to look like him.. He is a little lean guy. If you can get to 185 naturally then you need to rethink everything about your training, diet and gear. I am 6'1 an ectomorph and I broke 210 before I ever touched anything.. Hell I only weigh 225 now. Dont let this forum fool you. You need to have a good base.. Trying to reach his stats with gear is absolutely rediculous....

Can you tell me where to get some tylers??? Ok saying that i think i got a solid start cutting cycle in line, is there anything about my diet i should be aware of when cutting? As well how do you recommend i go about doing cardio, 3 times a week? Sorry for the questions i just want to get this all down cold so i dont have any wonders in my mind.
