Bpc-157 for shoulder injury

I have 20 mg's on its way. What protocol would people recommend for a shoulder injury. It's right on top of the shoulder towards the outside. Feels like its under the medial head.
If this works out I'm gonna try it on my knees.

Inject 250mcg per day as close to the point of injury as possible. It healed my pec extremely fast.

If it's a muscle injury you can reach with a 29 gauge 1/2" diabetic needle then go IM in the injury. That's what I did for my pec tear.
