Boy, Men Get Screwed For Child Support

Man, I am going to go home and buy roses for my wife to make sure I stay married at least until my kids hit 18. I mean how unfair is this. This bud of mine pays $1300/mo in child support, has to provide insurance, and has to pay for half of the doctor bills. The bitch on the other hand gets custody of the kids and she files for insurance and get her half back from her insurance. I mean do women make all the laws in this country or men that have their balls in a vice held by their wives if they don't pass the child support laws that favor women?

well unfortunitly it depends a lot on the living arrangements when they were together. if she didnt have to work because he wanted her to be a stay at home mom, then the courts look at that say she should stay that way and the man has to pay. now if she was the bread winner it goes the other way. but a lot depends on the reasons for devorce. but i know guys that have their paychecks garnished because of it. sucks but dont start a family with someone if you dont see yourself staying with them.

who makes more $ of the two pays more. But this should be based on some sort of precise calculation. I'm sure there is a system already in place...

Left over money to be given to the child at age 18.

The divorce laws are nutty. pre nups are a must (even though child support sort of falls outside of them).

That is the biggest problem I have with child support. The woman can do whatever she wants with the money without recourse. I like the idea of a trust fund.

I have to agree, not because I am a guy, but it just seems the laws are based more on giving the woman in the situation more. Even if it was her fault. Correct me if I am wrong dont want to sound like a pig.
