So I want to start boxing. Not professionaly i just wanna know how to and how to well. But will having lessons mon wed and fri for an hour each plus some light practicing at home cut into my muscle gains? I really really wanted to have massive gains this year. Last year i was clueless in lifting. I overtrained and never ate properly etc. But this year if i really eat a load(im an ectomorph) and train properly and maybe take some creatine or something do you think i could still make more gains than last year while still boxing?? thanks.
