boxing and weight lifting

what type of program could i do as far as weight lifting and boxing together. I box 4-5 nights a week and im looking to keep lifting weights however I work in the morning and I box at about four. I need some info and a workout program I could do to incorporate both of these, pm me for more details

you can do a three day two excercise days.

mon. Pull-ups/ shrugs

wens Flat bench/ militarypres

fri squats/ calves

23- sets for each group and rep range from 4-8 with explosive pauses. if you know olympic lifting that would be better suited
