Boxers juice?!

I was talking with mates the other day and we guessed boxers must juice. The heavyweight boxers look like bodybuilders and since they have like 6 months between fights (tests), surely they could juice without getting caught.

I know he was a crap boxer but remember how stacked and cut Frank Bruno was, he was massive, and the likes of tyson and holyfield aren't too shabby.

Anybody any input on this??
We also discussed whether sprinters juice, again keeping with the british... how stacked was linford christie! He was huge.

not takeing anything away from them, im sure they train hard and what not but most those dudes you named are black and they just have awsome genetics(compared to others as a whole), i wouldnt be shocked if alot of them were natural

I think without a doubt they juice! Come on...most people risk the legal ramifications just to look good like most of us. These guys stand to make millions if they win. The return on investment is worth the risk. Yes, some are genetically gifted but what happens when you take two genetically gifted heavyweights and now hook one up with some juice.

Its the same with pro football. The governing bodies make it appear that they are against steroid use by giving random tests here or there or worse yet scheduled tests that are beatable. The NFL has a vested interest in the players using juice as it creates exceptional athletes that people are willing to pay big money to see.

pro athletes must--theres always gona be bigger and better, and if your relying solely on genetics, adding juice would just enhance this effect--Carl Lewis is in the spotlight now, after admitting to getting caught juicing in the same olympics that ben johnson got caught

damn, THE Carl Lewis.....that's crazy

Carl Lewis is DAMN hypocrite! After Ben Johnson flunked the drug test, Carl Lewis was the first to criticize the man for using drugs to win and professed that he didn't. LIAR!!

Of course they do! Take Evander Holyfield for example, he went from 185lbs to 215lbs in a little less than one year!! I'm not talking about 215lbs and flabby the way most guys look when they gain 25-30lbs. The guy still had abs and was ripped!! Plus, he was trained by Lee Haney. I remember he endorsed Hot Stuff, which was a HOT supplement at the time and said it helped him gain 30lbs. LOL! One hell of a fighter in his prime!!!!

There is a reason that we are continually breaking just about every record in sports, and its not because we are genetically superior to athletes 10 or 20 years ago. Boxers are known for taking steroids especially halotestin which makes them more aggressive. I'm sure shit like dbol and fina are completely useless for them (back pumps) but winstrol, var, halo are quite common among boxers. Test is also popular during training.

Not to mention Holyfield was diagnosed with borderline liver failure after his second fight with Bowe, which he tried to blame on eating bad seafood.I didn't know that they were suddenly lacing halibut with a-bombs,lol.

LMAO@Huck!...abombs...LOL! Just to add.... not all athletes use AAS to 'bulk' up, so to speak... they need it for recovery. These guys/gals train ED so they need help to recuperate. Just my .02

all i know is that if i was a pro athlete i would juice up to give me the edge. shit i do now and i dont play shit:D

You got it here jubei. We are always getting bigger, faster stronger, better. Humanity isnt evolving that fast, its science that is, and the drugs that we make today. Look at how many more supplements are on the market these days.

Carl Lewis also admitted to personally knowing many other olympians who had juiced too. He pisses me off, but I guess Ben wouldnt have fessed up either if it were Carl who got caught first. DOnt kid yourself, many of the pros take enhancement drugs. They take these for a cutting edge for their livelihood also, not like most of the recreational users out there.

tyson was on halo when he bit evanders ear. I wasn't aware they still used cheque drops, or methyltest, but I guess it makes sense given the circumstances/objectives.

Tyson, busted with Gear?? That's news to me and I follow just about every idiotic thing the guy does. Any links to any newspaper articles??

omfg if Tyson is on gear please don't let the public find out or guess who'll be the new poster boy for the "effects of aas use"

We really don't know who taken what and when, but sure they take steroids just like in any other sport. They would probably stay away from things like deca so they can be clean by the time of a fight or testing. Also, I am sure not all of them take it, but I bet most of the better fighters do.
