pretty straight forward, here is the plan:

going to last about 1-2 months depending on progress, want to drop around 15 lbs of fat.

T3 - 150mcg/day when goals reached taper off over 1 month

superclen - 1/4 tab day moving up to 1/2 tab day.

Coffee - 6 cups a day (can't hurt)

Diet - 1200-1800 calories as close to 100% protein as i can stand.

Workout plan: nothing changes, work out hard, big compound movements, just like bulking.

Cardio: 45 minutes of jogging to 1.5 hours 4-5 days/week

My number 1 question: is it worth going from 500mg to 1000mg of test per week for some possible muscle gains? my only anti-estrogens available are nolvadex and clomid.
 
IMO, I think that your calories are a little TOO low. I would bump them up to around 2000-2500. At 1200 calories, you're getting into the Karen Carpenter range I feel. Have you figured out your "Standing Metabolic Rate"?
 
Also, at 1200-1800 calories, I doubt that you will even need to do cardio. Why waste the time with it when diet is the most important weight loss factor? Also, if you do decide to go with that low of a caloric intake, then you will need all the energy you can get just to lift & get through the day. Dont waste it on cardio!
 
i have 10 days left on mine good luck. 750mg test wow im taking 200mg test and 200mg eq and im ripped vasqular shredded, you better watch the water bloat. good luck buddy

If you are planning to eat 1800-2000 cals per day w/ as little carbs as possible, then you will come no where close to your goal of 45min-1.5 hrs of cardio per day. Have you ever taken T-3 and or superclen before? Its gonna make you hungry as hell and you are going to get weak as hell on all your lifts with all your cardio and caloric restrictions. THis is your first cutting cycle , right? I predict you will last 3 maby 5 days on it.
 
Have you ever done T-3 before? 150mcg sounds a little high, and it is adisable to taper up and down in pyramid fashion. If you are not taking juice along with the T-3, chances are you will lose a great deal of muscle. Especially at 150mcg/day. You also will feel like shit and should be consuming more calories at this dose. I would reconsider your plan if I were you.
 
i am using anabolics, just not sure if i should stick with 500mg test or go up to 1 gram.

the calories are ok cuz i'm not that big a guy. about 5'10" 190, and i wanna hit 175 @4-5% bf. i used to want to be really huge but i have realized my genetics aren't meant for that, and 175-185 ripped would be good enough for me.

i'm quite experienced in juice so my dosages are reasonable for me as far as tolerance goes. and yea, i should be alot bigger i've made alot of mistakes, and had setbacks (some out of my control). i'm sure many of you guys have been there.

to clarify on calories. 1200 = rest day. 1800 = workout day.

80%+ protein, and as far as cardio, 1.5 would be once a week max. i normally go 45 mins of light jogging.
 
Don't go over 100mcg t-3, as roiddog said eat at the very least 2000 cals a day and add anavar to the test at 20 to 40mg a day to maintain muscle and maximize fat loss.:)
