Bouncing Bros,had this happen

Tonight was a pretty slow night lots of great people,the usual bar flys,but we had these 3 guys always going to the bathroom and I actually saw on guy sell another guy coke right in the bar. now has anyone had this happen? what did you do?

I just let it go because 50 bucks a night isnt worth fucking with coke dealers.

on another note working in a bar sucks when your not single,the hottest girl gave me her number and Id love to pounce all over that shit

but with the coke I think I did the right thing also,if I had other guys working I would have atleast tossed them but no fucking way when I am alone
 
we havent had this problem before but last week outside I saw people dealing acid int he parking lot,I figure dont fuck with it because I enjoy breathing,now that side dish yummm and different story
 
What is the managements policy on drugs? If management dont want dealers then you have to deal with em........even if it means bringing the law in.

Im head of security now,that other hot headed prick stepped down because he got more hours in the day job.

and managements policy is no drugs period but I really dont think 50bucks is worth narking on a dealer and ending up dead somewhere
 
ya but it wasnt hard to find out who called them right,I was the only bouncer and the owner hates calling the cops,one night I tossed this one guy 3 times and he was bleeding and shit and kept hitting the walls and threatening to kill me etc,but my boss wouldnt let me call the cops,he is fucking weird that way

Either do your job or quit.

Bouncing is not a job for pansies who are scared of doing what their job requires or them (because they might be hurt).

If you let them deal drugs then they will do whatever they want and you will be helpless to stop it.
 
I know the guy who was head bouncer and he does blow,he was there that night but I dont think he was dealing.

and 2Thick your right ,I just wasnt to comfortable doing it with no backup,but I am going to get my one buddy to come in fridays with me from now on

You work by yourself?

If that is the case, then tell the owner that you talked to the drug dealers but they keep dealing. That way the responsibility will shift on to him and not you.

Do not approach the dealers unless you have a few big boys with you. It reduces the chances of them acting stupid later on.

Play politics, not billy-bad-ass. It will get you further. But never let them get their way with you. You are the equivalent of a prison guard. Any sign of weakness and you will be seen as a bitch.
 
ya fridays are usually pretty dead so I jsut go in,its kareoke night and usually clam,but this shit has been happening lately,I do plan on talking to them and tell them no more in the bar,then talk to the owner about it some more,but there is no way I would try to toss them alone,I will either get the owner to call the cops or do it myself
 
You did the right thing by looking the other way. Your job is to protect your fellow bouncers, the club staff, the club itself, and its patrons from harm. In my opinion, seeing some dope change hands in the men's room isn't an immediate threat to any of the above, though you may want to point the guy out to the head bouncer so he can be stopped at the door next time.

But, if your senior bouncer is anything like mine have been, he's too busy making his real money by charging minors with fake IDs $10 or a BJ to get into the party, charging extra for forgotten or lost IDs, or trying to find the one ho who's down for all the bouncers running a train on her at 3:30 AM.
 
I guess the bar gets a fine if anyone is caught using drugs in the building so I dont see why the owner doesnt want to rid them,But next time I see them in I will point them out to the owner and have a little talk about not allowing them in anymore.

my bouncer on the door is really laid back and does the extra charge for lost/fakes,and certainly is looking for the whores.
 
If you're smart, you'll try to get in with the dude that is selling.


He'll remember favors if you send people his way. Why make enemies when you can make friends?

I dont want anything to do with drug dealers,no fucking way,that has bad news written all over it,I also dont want enemies thats why I let it go,and like I said before 50bucks aint worth getting killed over,I can take on just about anyone in a street fight but I doubt it would just be fists if they are dealing
 
I have no intention of being friends with any drug dealer at all,or most patrons in this place for that matter,but I am now friends with that hottie,went and hung out with her last night after work

its good u didn't say anything. My boy was a bouncer in miami. Told the guy to take his hat off or leave the club. The guy left came back and shot him 11 times. Just over a hat imagine drugs.
 
its not a club as in all dancing but we have a dance floor and a stage,but its a big place with live music every weekend.
 
depending on the city/town and how the state regulates lic. licenses there may be a good reason why the owner does not want cops involved. I know that in nj/nyc everytime the PD get called to a club/bar they make a notation of the event in a log somwhere, when the establishemnts dance hall/liq license comes up for renewal, or they just get pissed cause of all the calls they go to court and say 'there have been X number of calls for fights, X number for drugs, etc.' the place should be closed and it usually happens...

if your boss dont want cops then you gotta deal with it, its his money on the line
