My only theory is - people know what gang these bouncers belong to, and thus don't wnat to dare fuck with them. Kinda like letting a hells angels beat you up, because you'd rather let that happen, then beat him up and put him in the hospital and now become a target.

I agree to an extent. People do generally brush it off. It also depends on the issues at hand. These guys SEEM like they're just picking fights. If that's the case, then they may get shot, but if they're just policing roudy people, then the club goers just go home licking their wounds I guess.

Believe it or not the best way to get them back is through the law
like basically get a way to prove what they do ( like the the vid) and then send them to Jail
thats actually much worst then hurting them of knifing them or whatever
trust me I used to matre'de at a Restaurant, and rarely we had bad issues and using the LAW effectively is much worse for a bad bouncer or customer then an ass beating or a knife
