how do you guys eat enough to support your wieght without being sick every meal?
can you give me a sample days food, say today or yesterdays if it is still early where you are.
aalso state whether you are bulking or cutting.

You get used to eating after awhile dude. I'm a little guy @ 230 though :)
 
Not anticipating large meals. Knowing your not going to eat a huge amout every 2 hrs you will be better off and more ready to eat again by leaving yourself a little hugry after each meal

Exactly...i used to eat 4 eggs and now i eat 10 egg white and 2 whole eggs. At first I used to get the shits...I mean I still do but your stomach gets acustom of eating 6 meals a day, just give your stomach some time.

Its bulking time. I look at my plate and I want to throw up after the first two meals. I guess I just force feed myself. I am never happy I hate eating so much and I hate dieting. To many people don't get enough calories. Doesn't it take 3500 extra calories to put a pound of muscle?

Yep! I had difficulty getting used to it, but now after about 3 hours I start to get hungry anyway, so voila. According to the scale today I'm 235, I guess 2 pizzas and a few days of pigging out will do that :)
 
LoL... Look at it this way, when your off cycle you don't add more than about 200 calories a week to your diet because if you add too much too soon you get fat, at that rate it is EASY to slowly increase weight over time without feeling all bloated etc.

damn bro that is pretty impressive. i guess though your body does use a lot more just to maintain at your weight so to bulk you have to be excessive.
i have basically been bulking for a year now so i think after this cycle finnishes im gonna try and maintain for a while see how it goes and what my body needs to hold weight/ drop fat etc.

thanks to every one else who replied, i made a post stating my diet yesterday i'll bump it up in a minute. feel free to take a look and say what you think. im not afraid of critisism.
