The only way for me to keep my shoulders big is to keep hitting them with weights that are heavy for me 
Power Clean and Press - 135 - 10X2 (Speed set warm-up)
Push Press - 205 - 3X5*
Power Clean and Press - 135 - 5X2
* = the movement begins as a power clean and than a press.
The workout lasted 25-30 minutes. My heart rate might have been visible through my shirt.
That is also a PR 3 reps on the Push Press you know.
