If your going to get gyno will it happen in both nipple areas or just one?

Im stressing out about my left nipple area even though I feel no itching, burning or tingling. My nipples have not become large and puffy either.

My problem is that I have pubertal gyno and dont know how to tell if it is getting worse. I do have some lumps that start about 1cm from my nipple and go towards my arm pit. Is this gyno or could it just be fatty deposits? Im asking because the ones closer to my arm pit are softer. I have no lumps directly behind the nipples or areola.

Should I just examin myself and take a mental note of the lumps that are already there and check every once in a while to see if its getting worse?

I need some good practical advice and I know this board is the best place to start.

When I got gyno it was more prominent in my right nipple as opposed to my left.

Even when it got really bad, my right would lactate when squeezed, but my left would not.

What does your current cycle look like?

My curren cycle is 2ml sust per week & 2ml deca per week with 20mg nolvadex per day.

Only been on for 3 weeks now.

Could anyone tell me how to distinguish gyno from fatty deposits?

and if anyone has had pubertal gyno and it got worse from using as how did you know it got worse?

Gyno will be sore. Puffy nips usually aren't. It is usually on one side when it is from cycling.
