I worked with a lady who is pretty high up in my organization today. I've know her for awhile, but wasn't particulary impressed. But I have to give it to her ... in her field she is impressive.

I guess you can't drag home the big bucks if you don't know what the fuck you're doing.

although the head fryer is slightly better paid, really you could proly handle her job...if you got the mop thing down i don't see why you couldn't learn to use the deep fryer
