bored with training program

i just changed up my routine to this:
Monday : Calves and Chest
Tuesday : Back
Wednesday : Calves/Quads
Thursday : Shoulders and Triceps
Friday : Hams and Bi's

i take it you can't workout on weekends?

also, why do you have calves twice a week, and quads/hams on the same day but only once a week? Why not just have a day for legs

If you only have the weekdays, do a M/W/F split imo. 3 days is perfectly fine-- quality over quantity

M- Back/Bi's
W-Legs/Shoulders
F-Chest/Tri's

don't workout 5 days in a row.. it's very taxing and it seems like you're routine is a bit strange to me.. Hell, i don't think there are many people who wouldn't get bored of this routine!

well i can workout on saturdays and i do my calves twice a week bc they seem to recover rather quickly. plus i need to work on them lol

fair enough.. what is your experience level and some of your lifts?

and yeah slim, adding abs in to one of those days would be perfectly fine lol i used to over hype abs so much i now neglect them a bit too much.
 
i throw in abs every few days. thats not really what i focus on much. im not all about the abs lol like those modeling bitches. i want to look big and be big. im 22 and been working out since i was 14. i wrestled my whole life so i always knew how to work out correctly. when i was 19 i won the US National Gold Medal for Team Louisiana for my 165lb weight class. now im at 195 at about 5'10" or 5'11"
 
im just like bored with my workouts... and i have the legs split bc doing a full lower body workout is way to taxing. i wouldnt have any extra energy to finish that
 
Agree with above post.

I trained body splits similar to what you posted for several years.
When I switched to a full body plan I couldn't believe the difference it made in my enthusiasm and energy.
