Sorry I have been slacking on updates guys! I have been busy with the gym and work that I barley can get online anymore for fun.

Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185lbs
Neck: 12.5" (started @ 14")
Bicep: 12" (started @ 13.5")
Bust: 32" (started @ 34.5")
Waist: 32" (started @ 33")
Thighs: 40" (started @ 42")
Calf: 16.5" (started @ 17")

Have to keep going...I am told the way I want to look I need to be well into the 150's. That's aways!

I am starting to notice cuts in my upper abdomen as well as the sides. I am also getting lower back dimples and seeing lines in my upper back as well.
