I haven't signed on here for awhile now. Months ago I had trouble gaining weight and got LOTs of help from here and I thank everyone for that. It has helped me a ton to gain weight.

Now I've done some searching through the site and found that ZMA seems to be liked on here. My next question to everyone is what do you think of Xyience testosterone booster? My friend has been taking it and asked if I would want to join him. Does it work? Side effects? Thanks

Xyience is an overpriced mish mosh of ingredients.

Amp02 is fine but it is not a T booster.
