My girlfriend wants a boob job and i'm trying to talk her into geting a D cup. She is 5'3 108 and she thinks that they will be far to big for her body. she is looking at a large c instead. Large C would be HUGE on that small of frame. My wife is a 36D and they are HUGE! 5'2" is my wife. But I'm a boob man, and my wife's are NICE! She wants to have a reduction, says lots of back problems. I will support her if she does, but deep down inside I will be crying...

i think the doc should be able to tell her what would suit her frame... what line of work is she in? if she's really "fakely" busty then it might affect the way people perceive her, despite the back pain or whatever might come with it.

From a financial perspective, I would get the biggest available...More bang for the buck. Plus it covers her incase she ever gets fat, they'll look even better then.

he recommend a good size for her frame...and will even let her put the implants in a bra and try them on for size...

heres some advice from someone who's wife had it done. DO NOT go with full or large c-cups. the problem is getting bras to fit properly. its not quite a d-cup, so d-cup bras wont fit right, and its not quite a c-cup, so they'll be busting out of a c-cup bra.
my wife got full-c's and that is the problem she has.
p.s. my wife is about 5'5@118lbs and full-c's are enormous.

I dont think D's are too big...I had mine done almost 6 years ago...large C - some bra's D...I am having them redone in a few months - bigger ..DD....look at pumpgirl - hers are C's and she is getting them bigger as well...ask almost anyone who's gotten them and they all wish they would have went bigger...after the initial swelling, they go down alot and also if she is big into lifting - they will get smaller...get your moneys worth!

D on 5'3 is perhaps a bit large, it REALLY depends on her ribcage size
if she has a big rib cage ( i doubt it) then she can easily handle a large C *if* that is what she wants

Girls with large natural boobs are fat 90% of the time and have weird looking butts. Girls with implants are usually in shape and have cute butts. Implants look better than real ones most of the time and they don't sag with age. Few women have breasts out of Playboy magazine.

Yes, you can get silicone implants now. There are several studies out. I have talked with LOTS of women that have switched from saline to silicone- none would ever go back to saline..
As for silicone getting harder, all the studies done were on the old silicone implants, which leaked. Silicone implants are made differently now. The capusular contracture rate is the same. In fact, if you get capusular contracture with saline, you can get silicone.

elvis, let me give some first hand knowledge on the matter. no matter which ones you get, or should i say your girl gets they must be massaged in order to prevent hardness from occurring. the hardness can come from csar tissue buildup around the implant, this is normal with all surgeries. it is the bodies defense mechanism. anyways they must be massaged daily, preferrably by someone other than the patient. now this sounds fun and all but it actually turns into some work after awhile.

the scars really aren't noticable. you can go thru the armpit, but my old lady went underneath the tit. i was looking at them yesterday and couldn't even see the scars. then i started licking them.
I think its just a way for a chic to get noticed without any real effort. I would take a hardbody gym hottie with a perfect set of B's over your average stripper with implant D's. (and believe me MOST strippers are average at best)

Miniscule scars from enlargements don't bother me. It is the hideous reduction scars. At South Beach a topless girl laid next to me. Her breasts looked like a butcher had worked on them. 3 large scars on both sides. I couldn't look again.
