Bone recovery?? I need some advice...

I'm finally having an implant procedure for one of my front teeth. It has taken more than 10 months so far. Started with the removal of the old root, after healing, the screw goes in, after the bone heal with the titanium screw, the final tooth goes in. In my case, the bone never has gotten the desired density; is always weak at the center; the screw had to be removed after 2 months because it was not healing properly; some tissue grew between the screw and the bone. Now I have the screw in again and waiting to heal to finally put the tooth. My procedure has been delayed only because of my bone recovery.

- I wonder if juice has had some bad effects in my mouth??
- what could I use OTC to help recovery??
