Bolder Shoulders

Hey all,

I've become bored with the typical shoulder excerises.

Here's what I'm requesting, can everyone on this board just name a should excersice that they do and enjoy.

I really want some different excersises. I'm just sick and tired of doing mil-press and side raises. Hook me up with some interesting excersies.

Here's a couple exercises that never fail to increase my shoulder size and strength:
1)Standing Dumbell Overhead Presses
2)One-Arm Dumbell Push Presses(These are really effective)
3)Power Clean and Press(Push Press)
 
Unfortunately, mil presses and lateral raises are pretty much shoulder staples. Best you're gonna get are variations on them.

Just for variation, I'll do these:

- Palms-forward lateral raises
- Plate raises (35-45lb plate held out in front of you. Keep your arms as straight as possible, but not locked. Lift the plate from your stomach to over your head and back down.)
