If you eat right, lift hard, and get some decent cardio in, 400mg/week will help you make some lean gains and harden up. It really depends what you've done in the past and what your stats are now too. Of course 400mg won't be as effective as 600mg a week, but you will see some results with 400mg unless you already have a few cycles under your belt already.
