Nolvadex DOES NOT stop gyno for everyone.
 
Hey got-no-brain Nolvadex does stop bitch tits from developing for everyone. It is an anti-estrigen. If you take lots of testosterone you will get bitch tits unless you use nolvadex (Tamoxifin Citrate). Have you ever taken steroids or do you just make stupid replys on the board? The original post was a question about Ttokkyo in a pink box.
 
They say that nolvadex keeps you safe from getting gyno but I had gyno taken out several months ago and have heard that nolvadex doesnt always work.I did have abit of gyno before using gear and I did use nolvadex when on test but It did get worse.
The nolvadex was real cuz I bullshitted a doc into giving me 20 mg's a day.
Personally I would go with arimidex if I were to use test again.The few months away from the gym to heal up set me back alot.
 
I was thinking about doing 400mg/ week of the new ttokyo eq. Should i do 2ccs in one shot or do one cc monday/thursday? does it matter?
 
In my opinion, split it up. It keeps your blood stream saturated longer due to the half-life of Eq.

200mg roughly ever 72 hours is better than 400mg every 7 days

prepare to eat... it will make you one hungry mofo

What should i stick to eating daily. I will definitely take creatine every day as well as 2-3 protein shakes. But i go to college and you all know its hard to eat well all the time. Should i avoid those 3am pizza slices? What about alcohol consumption? Do i need to stay away totally from it to gain good size?
 
I would drink in moderation. Boozing hard on a cycle is just a waste of your money.

Actually, I found it easy to eat in college. I used to bring tiny tupperware things in a backpack. The lunch ladies always had tuna around..and we always had pasta too. A couple of scoops of pasta covered with a can of tuna makes a pretty good quick meal.

I used to swipe hard boiled eggs all the time...milk went into a thermos...you name it...I took it.

You know...pizza can be eaten on juice if you are trying to bulk. Just remember to also get your protein and target caloric range everyday.
