I chose it as my first prohormone to run about 2 years ago. Since I'm female I was looking for a mild/weak prohormone to try and this was recommended by several friends. I took a 200mg cap in the morning and a 100 mg cap (I had two bottles) in the evening. Made better than expected gains, but it was the first of anything that I had ever tried so that may have played a role. The guys who recommended it to me (actually gave me the older bottle of 100mg caps) said it was too weak for them and would be too expensive if they ran 800mg per day. I researced the product on the internet and found several other women who had used it with minimal sides and recommended it so I gave it a try.
Overall I think it was a good prohormone to start with for me. I gained about 8 lbs (123 to 132--I ate clean but I ate like a horse) and increased around 10% in most of my lifts. Small but noticable muscle size increase as well. The main sides I experienced were lots of back and chest acne and no period for two months.
Remember, these are the results for a 130lb woman. As for a man, I don't doubt that it would give some gains in strength, the only problem is that it is way underdosed and can be expensive to run at 800-1000mg per day. In other words a lot of squeeze for a little bit of juice.
