I have a question for you all dieters... over Xmas I gained like 7 pounds... Im guessing mostly water and fat, not muscle, but everything fits the exact same as it did before, and I even have lost an inch in my waist, but all my measurements are still the same as pre Xmas measures. So my question is, in all of my training I can't drop back down to 207, im at 215 now, and I don't think this increase in weight is necessarily muscle gains due to having the same measure as before. So what are your alls oppinions... all my clothes fit the same, but I have just gained like 7-8 pounds, and am just trying to get a grasp on what might have happened.
