To gain weight Bodyweight X 15-20
To Maintain Weight Bodyweight X 12-13?

ANy ideas??

From everything I read it is exactly what 110% said

Of course, it all depenps a persons metabolism correct???

Some people it take 25% to gain weight and some people it IS 15%

I personally have been getting great losses at 12x

IMO

cut weight: 12 X bw
maintain weight: 15 X bw
gain weight: 20 X bw

Agreed. Of course, this will vary from person to person. But I think this is a good guideline to start with.

It's a good guideline for mostly sedentary people or those with very slow metabolisms. I'll lose weight at 20x bw.
