Any of you guys seen this? Blows myspace out of the water if you are into fitness or bodybuilding (and likes that the opposite gender is into it as well). Some crazy girls there, and some dudes with picture perfect physiques.

Oh yeah im sure its full of fakes and such. But being on elite we are used to that.

lol fisfull ive seen that guy. the physique rocks, but i dunno about the beard hehe.

I found Jamie Eason on there too hehe. She works for Bodybuilding.com now so its no wonder she is there.

word, the me generation...fragile egos based on physical appearance
 
Bodyspace has some excellent ways of tracking progress in lifts as well gains and loses it is an excellent tool to log progress on IMO not just for AW.
