Quick question , I have 38% BF is there anything I can take that will cut me like a chopping block? Im on test E+deca cycle wondering how effective the deca will be at "cutting" .
At 38% bf a test/deca cycle might not be very beneficial to "cutting". With Deca being so calorie dependent your gonna be hard pressed to cut up on that cycle. You should gain some very good muscle though. I was on one last year at a buds house said i was 7% It felt good to see, but i knew it was off sure nuff had it checked 2 days later at gym 13.somthing,,, now i would kill for 13 as i prob 15-16 scared to get it checked lol.. rough couple months..
