Quick question , I have 38% BF is there anything I can take that will cut me like a chopping block? Im on test E+deca cycle wondering how effective the deca will be at "cutting" .

At 38% bf a test/deca cycle might not be very beneficial to "cutting". With Deca being so calorie dependent your gonna be hard pressed to cut up on that cycle. You should gain some very good muscle though. Just run good pct so you can keep those gains.
 
Cardio and diet, when you get your bf down then I would consider cycling, what are your stats? Lifting etc...

Wow 38% is really high bro I would say diet and cardieo for and formost and at that BF % the risk of high bloob pressure Ext.... health risk are way to great I would say that A.S risk verse Benifits is too high I would drop down to at least 22% before adding a A.S cycle of any kind but If i was you i would think clen T-3 cycle + diet + cardieo a few times than add winny with the clen T-3
 
I agree there's good reason to cut BF before doing a cycle, but since you've already started, you might as well 100% commit to it. Follow your PCT like others suggested and then assess where you stand.
 
Damn, your blood pressure must be threw the roof. But seriously i think the cardiovascular risk's of taking steroids is 10fold when your at 38% bodyfat.

im at 20ish% and Im not even considering a cycle yet....

I know but the guy already started his cycle I would be worried if I was him
 
I posted on his original thread trying to help him, if you read it he never mentioned 38% bf-------- most folks i know playing soccer for 11yrs gots realll low bf-- he said been lifting 13 mos and was kinda a hard gainer..going for high cals on cycle-- mmmmmmmmmm bad bro bad.. :rolleyes:

For women, a body fat of 10-12% is essential, 14-20% is considered a healthy range for athletes, 21-24% is healthy for fitness, 25-31% is considered an 'acceptable' range and anything above 32% is considered obese.

- This scale I used was at a friends house and the # that came up after my weight was 38, Im assuming it was bodyfat % but theres no way im remotely "obese" lol! , my mothers a nurse I am going to see if theres anyway I can have her get me tested, for some reason my Gym doesnt have anything to do so, cheap ass shit... LOL Ill find out more before I post! People consider me in good athletic shape , just not crazy defined. I mean I can barely grab any skin from my body, the rest is muscle, we will see...

yea it would seem he went off a cheap store bought scale that is supposed to read b/f as well.. thats like shakeing one of those magic 8 balls and asking for your b/f... I dont think he lied, just said what a 30 buck scale told him..
 
haha. well that makes more sense now. those scales dont read BF% properly. mine says Im 58% lol. altho when I enter in that Im 7 feet tall, it actually works out a much better number for me (21%). not that 21% is good, but it a lil more realistic for sure.

Tanita & other bioimpedance scales measure bodyfat differently than we usually think of w/ skinfold calipers. That's what you need to get & have someone do a 7 or more site skinfold measure for you.

I was on one last year at a buds house said i was 7% It felt good to see, but i knew it was off sure nuff had it checked 2 days later at gym 13.somthing,,, now i would kill for 13 as i prob 15-16 scared to get it checked lol.. rough couple months..

lol good cycle, but its his first.... thinking that may be a lil over the top... I hope you are kidding around and not recomending a cycle like that without knowing his cycle history/ stats.......... could be dangerous if wrong newb reads that and tries it... Not a good first cycle.. by any means....
