Bodyfat! Not good!!!!!

Just thought i would share this with all of you!
I've done 4 mass cycles back to back now with out any cutting cycles ( using time on time off theory ) I must admit ive not been eating as clean as i should due to work and other factors. i also have not been doing much cardio again due to work, it was either a case of cardio or weights, so I decided weights! Anyway I had my bodyfat measured yesterday and it read 20%! FUCK! I'm going to have to hit the cardio soon!:p :p

you can almost, when looking in the mirror see how much fat you have. Are you sure it is 20 %. I would kill myself. That's the price to pay for bulking and not trimming down.
 
Geez, 20%? Have it rechecked, but do it first thing in the morning. Your body is holding less water then. Like Mike80 says, hit the cardio in the morning on an empty stomach and clean up your diet. Figure out how many calories you are getting a day and what percentage is fat calories. Cut your rest time between sets to 60 seconds.

im planning on getting my bf as high as 20% in my next 4 bulking cycles!! its about 12% now but i want to get up to 260-280 pounds and then trim down to 6%!!
 
Thanks bros! I will hit the cardio now! I have had a good muscle gain as you would expect. Bring on the lean muscle! I must say though I LOVE BULKING! I will add some winny any other suggestions that would give me a kick, I would rather stay away from EQ as I dont react well to it. peace:fro:
 
Yeah, I'm sure it's possible...I've been 21%bf after a big bulking cycle (too much damn insulin)...then I used 10 days of DNP and whaaallllaaaa, I went down to 14%bf (my diet was really clean, w/cardio/workouts every day)....now, to drive the point home: yeah 20% is high but look at it this way..you probably gained a bunch of muscle.

Try doing AM cardio on empty stomach and maybe some low-intensity cardio after your workout. (walking up an incline on the treadmill at a 3.5 pace)

Im obsessed with my body fat im hard all over but i have a gut....lower abs and luv handels its like you just want to get a vaccum and lipo that shit.....im thinking about tiacana.......check into it...
