bodyfat Analysis today

well bros, I got my BF checked through electrical impedence analysis today. came back at 19.3% (which I thought was a little high) but either way I will be at 14% if i lose 14lbs, which will put me at 209lbs.
Stats right now are 5'10, 223lbs, 19%BF. I'm bout to try a sesa/gluco/trex combo and see if I can't shed off about 15lbs . Then once i break under 210 I think I have decided to go with the Primo/Var cycle, to go a little safer, rather than the Test E that was being considered for the other choice.
Cycle will be
weeks 1-10 500mg primo e/w
40mg var (weeks 1-4 OR weeks 5-10)

Should I run the var the first half or second half? I would think the last half just to help stay leaner, but Ive heard other guys say at the first.

As far as PCT, clomid is all that I think I will need. any comments on that will help also
 
ya slat ran a water dunk test... mind u he has 8 abs and lean and came out at 15%! so maybe we think we are really higher than we think..
and run the var the last half.. gl

hmm, I thought those were sposed to be the most accurate?
well what the hell, either way I want to lose 10-15 lbs of fat , so that
will help me get my diet tuned in and that will give me motivation to lose some lbs so I can start a cycle
 
those machines suck.
water tank is the most accurate method, 5 site skinfold caplier is 2nd most accurate.
the BMI basically sends an electrical current through your body and measures the amount of time it takes for the current to pass through your tissue. It then runs an algorithm and guesstimates how much lean mass, water, and fat is in your body. Depending on how much water you drink and if you took a piss before hand it can change wildly in a matter of minutes.

You're a good bro, just want to know your reasoning for last half? I was thinking more along the lines of first half just cuz primo is along ester and won't build up high for the first couple weeks. Kickstart with var.
 
Sweed is correct. My gym had me at 8.5% on a 7 point measurement.
I went to get dunked. They did a 5 or 6 point measurement and then dunked me.
The calipers came back at 11% and the dunk test came back at 15%.
I could see 8 abs relaxed and could see my obliques a bit when flexed.
In my avatar I was probably 11% at best. Probably 12% or so.
