I didn't take offense at it. I am really curious what people do to keep below 10% all year long. Especially how they can do that and build any real mass at the same time. .
its genetics, i have friends mostly italian or hispanic who are lean year round and eat whatever they want, fast food, pasta everyday, rice and beans, greasy friend food. I despise those people....lol..i luckily do not get obese easily but i do gain fat in my midsection pretty damn quick, i would say i hover around 15% during the winter and try to get to 8-10% each summer, now im behind schedule somewhere in the 12% area.
I went two years at 6%. Got hurt a couple of times... Best I ever felt though.
I am at 10% on the nose right now at 6'3" 234. I feel skinny! I want to get back to 8% and stay there. Then I'm going to hit it again and get back to 240 to 250 ish.
