Bodybuilding breakfast

Protein Pancakes make them every morning with some oats,Fat Free cottage cheese,3 egg white,banana and sometimes strawberries
 
Ok mine is pretty unhealthy compared to most of you guys but its great for bulking.

1 Slice Toast with either butter, Cheese or peanut butter
Protien Shake
Beef with Noodle Soup with Chilli Sause
1 Slice Ham and 1 fried egg and 1 buttered bun
Coffee or tea
 
damn, what do you guys add to the egg whites for taste!!(are they boiled eggs or do you cook them sunny-side up and then cut the yolk out??) :p
 
Cutting
12 egg whites on whole wheat breat OR a cup of oatmeal with 1 packet equal and water

Bulking :D , definatly not healthy
6 scrambled eggs
cup of oatmeal with milk and sugar
Pork roll and cheese on roll with ketchup
At least 2 glasses of milk or OJ, usuially milk
 
1 Gram Of Favorite Herbal Supplement (smoked) :fro:
1 Bag Cheetos
1 Bag Doritos
1 Gallon Ice Cream
1 Gallon Milk (damn cotton mouth)
1 Dozen Crispy Creme Donuts

1. 2 eggs 6 whites- with ketchup
Potatoes fried in olive oil- with ketchup
2 pieces of peanut & jelly toast

2. same but substitute the potatoes for oatmeal

3. french toast and a protein shake

4. Protein Pancakes

5. Protein Plus cereal and a Protein shake

6. cottage cheese with a scoop of protein powder some fiber1 cereal some peanuts and raisens and a tbsp of Flax oil and splenda.

7. Or a chili cheese omlete

dude I'm hungry now, and I wish I was bulking

1 grams of Vit C.
5 grams of L- Glutamine

That's it!
