Ok mine is pretty unhealthy compared to most of you guys but its great for bulking.
1 Slice Toast with either butter, Cheese or peanut butter
Protien Shake
Beef with Noodle Soup with Chilli Sause
1 Slice Ham and 1 fried egg and 1 buttered bun
Coffee or tea
Cutting
12 egg whites on whole wheat breat OR a cup of oatmeal with 1 packet equal and water
Bulking , definatly not healthy
6 scrambled eggs
cup of oatmeal with milk and sugar
Pork roll and cheese on roll with ketchup
At least 2 glasses of milk or OJ, usuially milk
50 grams of protein shake + flax seed
40 grams oats
1 grapefruit
a cup of green tea
1 tabs of multivit. (Mega man GNC)
1 grams of Vit C.
5 grams of L- Glutamine
