(move post where need be, wasn't sure where to go with this one)
Hello all, I am needing a boost recently, with the warm weather arriving here in Chicago I began to loof off the gym every once in a while, and then I get pissed at my self for doing so.
I am asking for a list of good bodybuilding books/DVDs that I can get my hands on. I work mids, so on my days off I tend to watch a lot of movies at night, and during work I read alot of books, so...If you guys have any favs I would like to hear about them. Books/ Dvds about dieting, training, and behind the scenes of body building would be great! I'd really like to dig deep into the sport, I'd like to take my 5'10 190lbs 9% BF frame to 225lbs, and I need a lot of motivation.
Once again, thanks guys!
