Here is an article I wrote on getting back into the gym after a lay off: https://www.needtobuildmuscle.com/bodybuilding-blog/2015/02/24/getting-back-gym-lay/
It contains a full meal plan and sample workout routine.

The best advice I can give you is to 'get back on the horse'. There are no magic supplements, drugs or pixie dust. Building a great physique just takes time. Eat 5-6 meals per day that are high in protein, high in fruits and vegetables, high in complex carbohydrates and good healthy fat sources. Weight train 4-5 days per week and do cardio 3-4 days per week. Do that for a year and you will be amazed at the progress you make.

You can use a high quality protein supplement to supplement your food intake. But besides that, you really don't need any supplements. I use and recommend isolation from n2bm.com

Man after a long-ish break from training, you will be astounded at the way your body will bounce back if your diet and training are correct.

Results will come quick. Keep your motivation on point as well!

A little trick that melts the fat off of me as well, is no carbs pre workout. Use your fats for energy for your workout, and some carbs to recover afterwards, then taper them off again. You will notice you feel a bit flat during your training, but once you get leaner you add the pre workout carbs back in and your physique will start changing daily.

Other than that the above comment pretty much nailed it!! Get grindin' bro!!

I think it is very important for all teens to get started in the weight room. the more hours you put in now, the better it will pay off later in life. try to put in as many hours as you can and stay natural. you don't want to fry your nuts

I agree 100% with this, i started lifting at 18 and got hooked on it, building a solid foundation is hard work but! you reap what you sow.
