Body weight use...

After an 8 month layoff, I started back, but without a bench. I got db's etc and replaced bench with press-ups. I quickly moved on to 'A' style press-ups (punishment in the army hehe) - can easily manage 19 reps per set... well I've made good progress, and my next thing is to do presses from a headstand position against a wall (I weigh 230lb).

Does anyone know how this might translate into BP when I get back to it in a month or so??

Also, how can I work those few inches my head and neck take up on the headstand press?

Im thinking I'll do all 3 forms starting tomorrow!

You might also want to include dips (ideally regular if you can set something up or bench dips sans bench between a couple of chairs). They'd hit your chest a bit more than the more tri-heavy overhead press movements that you're limited to with dumbbells and headstand push-ups. There've been a few threads recently on push-ups; I think blut wump said he tested standard ones on a scale and that it was about 70% of his bodyweight.
