Read this and you'oll never do cardio again...........I've read a TON of shit and this book, by far, takes the cake...never been a big Metrx fan, but I've since been pursuaded......diet in on point as is the training.........give it a shot and let me know what you think.....Try and get it off EBAY......$10 cheaper........
