Dan Duchaine says in his book that during ketosis that a gram of fat yields less than 9 calories because it is an inefficient fuel source, but never went beyond that. What DOES it yield then? 8? 7? 7.8?

he says a ketone is 7 cal.
because ffa convert to ketones...now u can understand why 1 gram of fat is not 9 cal on keto.
